We collect traveler contact details, nationality and passport-country information, vehicle details, ownership details, route plans, document readiness, messages, and uploaded case documents when you submit them.
How we use information
We use information to assess preliminary eligibility, coordinate specialist review, prepare case tasks, communicate with you, maintain audit logs, and support compliant entry, travel, exit, or return-shipping planning.
Document security
Case documents are designed to be stored in private Supabase Storage buckets. Downloads use signed URLs, access is role-based, and admin review actions are logged. Sensitive document URLs should not be placed in logs, public pages, or email notifications.
Retention and deletion
We retain case information as needed for review, coordination, legal, operational, and audit purposes. You may contact us to request correction or deletion where legally and operationally possible.
